Big clash for both teams in the context of their ladder positions. Dalkeith desperately need a win if they are to have a chance of keeping put of the bottom 2 sides on the ladder come the end of the season and automatic demotion to Div 2. Safety Bay having a good season but with 2 tough fixtures after this one to end the season they will be keen to win this one. Dalkeith at home have been somewhat enigmatic with an 8 nil win over top of the table Armadale followed by an 8 nil defeat against bottom side Cockburn. Impossible to tip this one but I am going to give Dalkeith one more chance to get their season off life support and claim a narrow win on the weekend.
Dalkeith 6-2

Important clash here between two teams fighting for the coveted 3rd place on the ladder. After some flat spots earlier in the season both teams seem back in good form and both also look to be strengthened with some returning players back into each side. There is really not a lot on paper between either side and there should be some great clashes between some high quality skippers that will help to determine the result. With just half a point separating both teams this is match of the season status and I expect a very tight tussle. However at home I do favour South Perth and expect them to come away with a solid win.

Another high quality match between 2 teams towards the top of the ladder. Kardinya look pretty safe in 2nd but will still want to keep winning and at home they are very hard to topple. Rossmoyne also in good form but would have been disappointed to drop last weeks match making finishing in 3rd place that much tougher. But with a big finish to the season it would still be a real possibility and I am sure Mayor Lang would have this in the back of his mind. I also expect this to be a close match and if Rossmoyne can find their A grade form they are capable of winning, but at home Kardinya has been the goods all season and I expect a win from them on the weekend

Top of the table Armadale will start as warm favourites against 9th placed Cockburn with the only real danger being complacency. But Commander Gosstray who has led his troops superbly all season will be no doubt aware of this and will be keen to get another win at home over the weekend. Cockburn will be looking for as many points as they can get to help their chances of getting out of the bottom 2 on the ladder and I like the look of their team on paper. Despite that I also like the look of the Armadale side with quality right across the board and they will come away with a good win at home on the weekend.
Armadale 7-1

A great opportunity at home for Willetton to have a big win and get themselves up into the top 6 on the ladder. They are seemingly back to their best form and up against bottom of the ladder Gosnells with start short price favourites. For Gosnells probably only pride to play for over the final 3 rounds and to be fair to them their form in recent weeks seems to be on the improve. But at home Willetton has a big advantage and they should come away with an easy win on Saturday.
